The Ketch At Kniveton - Good food, real ales and a warm welcome!

After being a brewery owned and tied pub for several years, The Ketch is now a freehouse once again. It was taken over in July 2013, by a local family business, with the aim of restoring the pub's reliable reputation and providing local and real ales, a good food offering at a fair price using local ingredients, and most importantly a friendly welcome. Everyone is welcome: drinkers, diners, and families. We have a bar area with tables for drinkers, and plenty of room for those wanting a bite to eat. We have two beer gardens; one to the rear of the pub, and an enclosed one to the front with a children's play area. There is a wealth of beautiful walks in close proximity to the pub, there is even a circular route starting and ending at The Ketch. We have plenty of parking, and welcome walkers, families and well behaved dogs.
