This is more than a family pub its more like the community pub, friendly smiling faces waiting to lend a hand. The only pub left on barton hill.

In the heart of Barton Hill, with its towering blocks of flats, The Swan is a classic Victorian corner pub with two rooms – the bar and the lounge – separated by a central bar that serves both sides.It's a characterful pub, with plenty of original features, including a lovely old Swan Vesta darts sign above the dartboard. It may be work in progress at The Swan, but at a time when more pubs close than open, the new owners deserve to be supported.
