About
Enjoy the welcoming atmosphere of an 17th century freehouse in the heart of the Northamptonshire village of Eydon.
A stunning 17th Century Ironstone exterior houses a range of well-kept cask ales and wines, and an imaginative menu of locally sourced, fresh produce, including our very own home-baked bread. Pie and pint night is on a Wednesday. The first Sunday of the month we hold our quiz starting at 7.30.
Many ingredients are sourced from within a ten-mile radius, and a beer token scheme encourages local allotment holders and gardeners to support both the bar and the kitchen! Special dietary requirements (including Gluten Free) can be catered for on request.
On a summers day locals and visitors alike make use of the outside courtyard area to enjoy a glass of Pimms and soak up the sunshine. During the winter months, the pub makes use of under-floor heating, log fires and church candles to ensure a warm and cozy atmosphere.
With a friendly, chatty atmosphere, you will not be disappointed with the Royal Oak; the hardest part will be having to leave!
