A few minutes walk from Bethnal Green Underground along Roman Road. At the Buddhist centre turn left at the lights and you'll find us 150 yards along Globe Road. Alternatively the number 8 bus stops at the lights just before the Buddhist centre and runs from Oxford Circus, Liverpool Street through to Old Ford.
