The Alma is a friendly pub offering homemade pub grub. Our menu includes real favourites such as Steak and Kidney or Steak and Mushroom Pudding. Sizzling Chicken, Baked Salmon, Tenderloin of Pork Stuffed with Apple and Figs, Game Pie, Mussels and much more. Our desserts are also homemade and include: Gypsy Tart, Raspberry Pannacotta, Bread and Butter Pudding, Chocolate Brownies with Toffee Sauce. Our lunch menu also includes lighter bites such as Jacket Potatoes and Baguettes. Our prices range from £2.50 for a portion of chips to £16.95 for a sirloin steak and many varied dishes and prices in between. We have a fabulous garden for use in the warmer months and a car park for our customers. We hold Jazz evenings on a Tuesday evening approximately every 6 weeks and quizzes on a Sunday, again, approximately every 6 weeks. Watch this space for the next date for these two events.
