King's Head Pub Ridgewell

The King’s Head Ridgewell is a 15th century Free House that nestles in the heart of Ridgewell, a picturesque village situated on the Essex/Suffolk border. This beautiful building retains much of its original charm and character. Throughout are stunning wooden beams, open Inglenook fire places, tiled and wooden floors and a warm, relaxed setting to welcome any weary traveller. Our private side garden is a lovely spot to enjoy chatting and catching up with friends or family. On offer is a selection of great cask ale’s that change weekly, various cider’s, and locally brewed lager. We also stock a fine list of white, red and rose wines along with sparkling wines and champagne. Delicious food is freshly prepared daily using. A sample of our menu is available on this page for you to view but does change regularly, sometimes daily in order to keep tempting your appetite! Traditional roast lunches are served every Sunday along with great desserts! Well behaved children and dogs are welcome.
