We are a pub/restaurant that offers a daily carvery from 12 noon to 8pm along side a full menu that includes burgers, steaks, ribs, fish and much more.

The Holly Blue is situated on the Hailsham Road on the outskirts of Pevensey. We offer a full Milestone menu alongside a daily carvery serving three meat options with seating for up to 160 people internally. We welcome families and have high chairs for our younger customers along with a great kids menu. Wi- Fi will be available for all our guests to use while visiting the pub be it a business lunch or leisure. Benefiting form a large external garden area with seating for 90 people and surrounded by farmland we are the ideal place for a relaxing drink and meal with friends and family. The site has a large external patio area with LED lighting and a large car park so why don't you come down and see what we have to offer, we can't wait to meet you!
