Former Head Chef from La Luna and Ricci and Capone (both Halifax) Patrick Thornber now owns this Bar/Bistro with wife Melanie and children Amelia and Violet. With over 20 years experience Patrick is now putting together mouthwatering menus which have adefinate bias towards fresh fish and seafood, change monthly and on which all dishes are freshly prepared from scratch to order from only the highest quality locally sourced ingredients.
