The Long Room was opened in 2007 following the refurbishment of the worn-out Mitre Hotel. We offer 15 hotel rooms and a stylish bar. We serve food from 12-3pm and 6.30-9.30 from Monday to Friday. On Saturdays we serve food from 9.30-9pm, and Sunday until 6, with a range of Sunday roasts. We host a range of live bands playing every Friday at 9pm so come on down and join us for a memorable night - if you are interested in playing please get in touch. Mondays are movie nights starting at 8pm, come and join us and dip into the free popcorn. We offer a fantastic beer garden in the front and the rear for those sunny days, so pop in for a light refreshment or two.
