About
Great food, friendly service and first-rate beer. The simple, winning formula that makes The Duke of Kent one of the best pubs in Ealing.
Our pub has a very interesting history that dates back to Georgian times. Today though, we offer a winning combination of great food (freshly prepared), excellent beers and wines, topped with superb service.
Renowned for great pub food, The Duke of Kent offers a seasonal A La Carte menu alongside delicious daily specials. To drink, choose from fine ales, wines and spirits. Using locally-sourced produce wherever possible, Head Chef, Kevin Jones creates simple yet stunning dishes that guarantee to put a smile on your face. Our wonderfully satisfying A La Carte menus change regularly to make the best of seasonal produce, while specials change daily to provide a wealth of choice every day. Of course on a Sunday, it simply has to be our very special roast dinner.
We can provide high chairs and a dedicated kids menu, we've also got plenty of space for prams!
In warm weather to enjoy our huge beer garden at its best! Then in winter, cosy up next to the fireplace and relax on one of our sofas!

Numerous buses stop right opposite the pub, including the E2, E7, E9, E10 and 297. By Tube The closest tube stop is Ealing Broadway, about 20-25 minutes walk. By Train Mainline services run from Paddington to nearby Castlebar Park station. From the station pass back under the railway line and continue to the T-junction. Turn left into Claremont Road, and at the next T-junction right into Vallis Way. Go straight ahead at the roundabout and you're on Scotch Common.
