The Bird in Hand restaurant in Kensington, London follows an Italian flavour with simple, rustic Italian dishes, delicious pizzas and cichetti. Unusual Italian wines feature strongly on the eclectic European wine list.

With terracotta hues, the unique décor combines restaurant functionality & stylish furnishings – the corner bar located in the centre of the restaurant creates a lovely atmosphere. The charming staff provide efficient & attentive service to ensure that it is a favourite for locals & visitors alike. The Bird In Hand is the third of four restaurants for restaurateur Jasper Gorst. Following on from the success of The Oak in Notting Hill and The Old White Bear in Hampstead, Jasper set out to find another stunning site to inspire his creative talent and love of great food and wine. The Bird in Hand was the perfect place, a beautiful building in need of a new lease of life and set in the heart of Brook Green, Kensington. The fourth restaurant, The Oak W12, opened in June 2013 and is located a stones throw from The Bird in Hand on Goldhawk Road.
