Welcome to the NEW Dog and Partridge Hotel. We have recently undergone a full refurbishment (Nov 2013), and welcome new and old customers alike.

Following our full refurbishment, the Dog & Partridge, offers an extensive range of high quality home cooked food and refreshing beverages, including wonderful cask ales, quality wines as well as the usual pub favourites. We are open for food 12:00-14:30hrs & 18:00-20:30hrs Mon to Sat (21:00hrs on Fri/Sat), and 12:00-19:00hrs for our delicious and famous Sunday Roasts, all prepared lovingly by Head Chef Peter Lillie and his team. Last orders are 15 minutes before close of the food service. Quiz nights are on Tuesdays starting at 21:30hrs (with additional mini-quiz on Sunday nights coming soon). We show all major live sporting events and have multiple full SKY HD in both the main Lounge and the superb Vault. Families are very welcome to dine or merely have a drink or two, although we ensure that we respect the needs of our adult customers and request that young children do not remain in the main Lounge bar area or the Vault. We also have extensive exterior seating, and the green fingered team are currently beavering away to significantly improve the appearance and comfort of the beer garden and facilities. If you haven't given us a try so far then please feel free to come and sample the new atmosphere and what we have to offer.
